The Board School

In 2001 Cary and Larry formed The Board School, America’s first school on boards for business owners, their directors, and top executives. The school is a hands-on, interactive study that provides practical solutions to resolve the complex ownership, governance, and management issues that exist for businesses in transition.

Entrepreneurs demand results. Working with entrepreneurs for more than twenty years each and teaching The Board School required Cary and Larry to produce clear and practical principles that actually work. THE BALANCE POINT: New Ways Business Owners Can Use Boards explains these principles and offers a step-by-step guide to tackle business transition challenges.
